A Safe Space for Your Healing

My office is on the second floor in a residential condominium. I have two professional, quiet, relaxing treatment rooms and a restroom exclusive to my clients. There is an indoor flight of stairs to reach the residential office. Free street parking is located steps away from the front door. The day of your appointment, I will text you directions for how to get through the front gate and where to park for your appointment.

My office is home to my allergy-friendly, non-shedding, 11 year old labradoodle.

Before Your First Visit
After booking, you’ll receive:

Intake forms
 to be completed and signed through online portal

How to prepare for your session: Please arrive on-time with your consent forms digitally signed and completed online prior to your appointment. If the forms were not completed online, this will take of valuable appointment time. Your scheduled appointment time is 90 minutes for New Acupuncture, Reiki 60-75 min, and Biomat is 45-60 minutes for your session.

ACUPUNCTURE: Please bring or wear loose fitted clothing that allows access to areas just above your elbows and knees, or bring shorts and t-shirt to change into at your appointment. Leggings will need to be removed for acupuncture.

BIOMAT: Bring TWO clean towels to place under you for Biomat session. You will remain fully clothed, you may sweat.

Please be sure to eat a meal or snack within 2 hours prior to your acupuncture appointment.

Please do not consume alcoholic beverages or other recreational drugs prior to your appointment.

Please do not plan vigorous exercise for after your session, allow gentle integration.
