Kathleen loves teaching about Reiki, the angels, energy flows, intuitive guidance, the power of prayer, mindful intention, healthy energy boundaries, our chakra system, our toroidal energy field, and how you can benefit by using Reiki everyday. Reiki is helpful for calming the body's central nervous system and improving heart rate variability providing an powerful tool for navigating life's stressors and challenges.
Short daily practices of ten minutes of self Reiki is wonderful for setting the tone for your day. Reiki can also provide new awareness regarding your energy boundaries with people in your life. Those who feel empathic and highly sensitive can benefit from working with the Reiki energy to assist with grounding and holding energy boundaries more easily.
Usui Shiki Ryoho can be translated to "the Usui System of Natural Healing.Ӊ۬Kathleen studied all leves of Reiki and advanced healing modalities with two skilled and wise teachers over 21 years.
She began her Reiki studies with Michael Soto in January 1998 and completed her first Reiki Master Teacher training in October 2000. Michael was in the forefront of recognizing starseeds and the unique energy flows of the human toroidal field. He infused Reiki with shamanic wisdom and techniques expanding Kathleen’s awareness of evolutionary shifts in humanity's energy.

In 2010, Kathleen began to study with Audrey Cole (Memra Shakina Yekara). Memra was a full body medium who taught advanced energy techniques and knowledge via our own guardian angels, the archangels (AA Haniel, AA Tzadkiel, The Metatron, AA Raziel); the ascended masters of Qi (chi), and the Buddha. Kathleen connected more deeply with her angels and her intuitive wisdom through a decade of studies with Memra covering manifestation, intuition, chakras, prayers, numeric angel codes, toroidal field, and other spiritual concepts and tools.

In January 2012, Kathleen began to study Reiki with Memra (along with Archangel Haniel and an ascended master who assisted in her Reiki classes), Kathleen completed her second Reiki Master Teacher certification in May 2018. This training was an integration and upgrade of Kathleen’s knowledge along with two special additions: a new 5D Reiki Master symbol and the "original lost version" of one traditional Reiki symbol that was altered over time. Kathleen incorporates and teaches this special knowledge and uses these symbols during Reiki attunements and Reiki healing sessions.
Kathleen also teaches these amazing symbols to Reiki Masters who want to add these powerful symbols and additional information within their healing practice. She wants this esoteric angelic Reiki knowledge to be shared with more Reiki practitioners so this wisdom can be of service to humanity. Kathleen is passionate about mentoring other healers, empaths and energy aware students looking for additional support and tools on their own self-growth and healing path. 

Kathleen carries and teaches the knowledge of both of these powerful lineages. She works with the Reiki energy with honor and respect as both a healer and a teacher in hopes of sharing this wisdom with individuals supporting their healing journey.

In 2016, Kathleen received her Angel Intuitive training through an in-person training course in Maui with then famous psychologist Doreen Virtue. In 2005, Kathleen completed her Yoga of the Heart® Cardiac and Cancer certification training for using yoga to support those with heart disease and cancer. This included training education based on Dr. Dean Ornish's work on reversing heart disease with diet and yoga.
Kathleen also studied yoga and earned her Yoga Siromani teaching certificate from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in 1999. Graduates of the course receive internationally-recognized yoga certification which is also recognized by the worldwide Yoga Alliance for the 200 hours standard for Registered Yoga Schools (RYS). She brings years of experience with meditation, mindfulness, breath work, asana and positive thinking to her philosophy.
