Reiki Sessions, Classes and Attunements

Kathleen Stoneman has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2000. She studied the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Method of Natural Healing with Michael Soto and received the First, Second, Third Degree (Master) and Teacher Training from 1998 to 2000. In 2008, she continued energy work training with The Divine Coding Institute. She studied Reiki for Enlightenment with Memra Yekara from Littleton, CO and completed a second Reiki Master Program in 2018. She learned new, powerful and unique information and Reiki Symbols. Kathleen took Angel Intuitive Certification from Doreen Virtue in October 2016. Kathleen utilizes her intuition and divine guidance during sessions. She is available for individual sessions of acupuncture, Reiki or combined acupuncture-energy treatment, esoteric acupuncture and Distant Reiki Sessions. Kathleen is nationally board certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist and has been a Hatha Yoga teacher since 1999.

 

All of these offerings are supportive for individuals seeking healing through Reiki sessions as well as training in the Reiki First, Second or Third Degree courses for self empowerment and spiritual growth.

 

Reiki Healing Sessions - Reiki is universal life force energy or Qi that flows within all things. Reiki works on causation of illness on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, energetic and electrical. This ancient healing art can bring healing to old issues whether conscious or unconscious. It can assist you to find your center and live more clearly on your path with your divine purpose. 

 

Some of the benefits of Reiki healing are improved physical well-being, mental clarity, and a calming feeling of emotional balance. Reiki balances the energy in all aspects of your being and brings a powerful feeling of serenity, vitality and relaxation. Reiki can be used to relieve the problems associated with stress, tension and chronic illness.

 

In sessions the Divine connection of the client and Kathleen are integrating the energies and assisting with issues that are ready to be released and healed. It is ideal to schedule multiple sessions of Reiki as you are processing healing. We offer a four session package to allow the grace of time and growth to integrate with supportive sessions. Single sessions are available as well. In-person or remote virtual via phone sessions are available.

It is recommended to allow time between each level of Reiki training for self-healing, adjusting to the energy and the raise in vibration. Three months of time is needed after Reiki First Degree, and three to six months is needed after Reiki Second Degree to assimilate the energies into your life.

Reiki 1 Intensive - During the First Degree course you receive FOUR Reiki First Degree attunements, which greatly increase your energy flow and raises your vibration. You will also learn ONE REIKI SYMBOL and be attuned to this symbol. Brief background and history of Reiki is covered in the class. You learn how to give yourself a daily Reiki treatment, and we will discuss guidelines of how to work with others with healthy boundaries and respect.  The Reiki 1 Manual is over 100 pages with instruction of how to treat yourself and others with Reiki. You also learn that Reiki is a tool for self-development and spiritual practice.

Reiki 2 Intensive - During the Second Degree course you receive FOUR Reiki 2 attunements, increasing the power of the Reiki flow through your system and raising your vibration continuing spiritual development and healing.

 

• Review symbols from Reiki 1

• TWO new traditional Reiki symbols are taught and attuned

• ONE ancient Tibetian symbol is taught and attuned

Reiki Master & Beyond Intensive - Reiki Third Degree or Master requires commitment to continued self-healing and spiritual development.
